About Us
New Start is a youth outreach ministry established in 1998, dedicated to serving the local community. Our mission is to reach out to youth often marginalized by society. We provide them with support, guidance, and encouragement to foster positive development and a hope for their future.
In pursuit of this mission, New Start operates with a team of 8 dedicated volunteer mentors. Weekly, we engage with approximately 50 young individuals on various campus locations, conducting meetings 3 days a week. These locations encompass diverse settings such as alternative schools, residential facilities, as well as a homeless shelter for unaccompanied youth. New Start is a part of the youths comprehensive care during their treatment on campus.
